Appointment Setter (Interior Fit-Outs)

Our client, a leading Interior Fit-Out Company based in Central London, are looking to recruit an experienced Appointment-Setter to join their successful team. Working exclusively on projects worth over £100,000, and regularly working with clients on multi-million pound deals, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to thrive in a busy sales environment.

If successful in gaining this position, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to London-based businesses, gaining vital information from decision-makers and booking meetings/setting appointments for senior field sales consultants to pitch to the clients in person.

Targeted on making 100 - 200 daily outbound B2B dials and 2.5 hours talk time, you will be working from a comprehensive database of warm and cold pre-qualified leads. In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have an articulate telephone manner, be comfortable and confident in closing sales over the phone and have the drive to continue to call new businesses throughout the day.

The need for an experienced Appointment-Setter is urgent, so any interested candidates are urged to apply at their earliest convenience. A senior role within the sales team, our client are looking to really invest in this position and are offering an unbelievable financial package to highlight the importance of the role. An outstanding basic salary of between £30,000 and £50,000 (based on experience) and an uncapped commission structure (£100,000 realistic OTE) is on offer.

The ideal candidate will have experience in appointment-setting for a rival Interior Fit-Out/Design and Build company, however any candidates with a proven track record of appointment-setting in a different industry are also welcomed.
