A/R Credit and Trade Loans Analyst (Czech speaking)
On behalf of our BSC partner we are looking for a
A/R, Credit and Trade Loans Analyst (Czech speaking) - Budapest
Tasks:
- Dealing with customers accounts and keeping these fully reconciled
- Perform A/R accounting activities
- Monitor the overdue analysis, preparing monthly DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Review credit limits violations, performing credit holds on future orders within Delegations of Authority, where it may be necessary
- Inform the Business in a timely manner on any negative credit information received by the credit information providers
- Dealing with customers accounts and keeping these fully reconciled
- Key Performance Indicators reporting for credit as required
- Deal promptly with customer queries / issues in order to secure payments
- Maintain and develop working relationship with the Sales and Customer Service team
- Timely cash allocation to specific customer accounts
- Timely review of customer data, contract data and the preparation of credit/contract recommendations, especially for new accounts/contract drafts where information may be scarce; decisions are required promptly to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- Credit control/ analysis experience
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken)
