Job Description: Immediate need for Accounts Receivable/Collection Clerk. for this well known local entertainment Company. Under the direction of the Manager this position is responsible for cash application to the A/R subsidiary ledger, collections as well as performing routine administrative duties. This position interacts throughout the department. Posting cash receipts to affiliate accounts daily by uploading and printing deposits from bank website for proper coding. Request electronic back up from customer to sort prepare for uploading into database, including applying cash by title Follow up on any discrepancies and review title for proper application Must have at least 2 years experience and basic computer skills.
