Arabic Speaking Property Finance Originator recruitment
Our client, a leading specialist finance bank has an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join their Corporate Banking team in a front office Property Financing role.
This is an excellent opportunity if you have recently completed, or are due to complete your training contract with a chartered accountancy practice and would like to make the transition into banking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the identification of new, mid market, property finance transactions.
- Assisting with writing credit applications, including appraisals and cash flow modelling.
- Assisting with the completion process, including documentation.
- Liaising with finance, credit, legal and compliance functions.
Candidate profile:
To be successful in your application you are likely to be:
- A fully qualified chartered accountant with an excellent academic record.
- Experience in audit, corporate finance or corporate restructuring will be considered.
- Arabic languages are highly beneficial due to the nature of the client base.
