For our offices, based in Brussels, we are currently looking for an Architect for the functional domain Marketing Sales in BeNeLux and Germany. The scope includes all activities of the Marketing Sales functional domain, from prospect to customer and customer to invoice, as well as supporting processes that are typical for the utility market (metering, settlement, ...). As an Architect you will :
- Evaluate requests and analyse needs for new significant project initiatives from an architecture perspective, propose possible solutions, document the feasibility and economic consequences of the proposed alternatives and select the best solution aligned with the IS strategy
- Provide direction to the project teams in the modeling of the business needs and validate the design and eventually the implementation of IS-solutions based on the architectural standards and guidelines
- Define and document the overall architecture of a solution and the rationale behind the balancing of business, technical and functional constraints in cooperation with other IS architects (software architect, infrastructure architect, …) within a project; Maintain the enterprise architecture repository in your domain, ensuring consistent and complete documentation of the current application landscape
- Define, design and maintain architectural standards and guidelines to be able to consistently fulfill current and foreseeable requirements
Compétences requises externes
- You have an university degree or equivalent experience
- You have at least 6 years experience in CRM systems and knowledge of the business and IT solutions used in the Marketing Sales domain (Billing, Invoicing, Pricing, etc.)
- You have worked in an IT service organization or have strong affinity with IT
- You have strong analytical skills and practical experience in business requirement management
- Knowledge of the enterprise architecture discipline and experience in defining roadmaps is an advantage
- You are strong in planning and organizing, facilitating and negotiating
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are a team player
- You are fluent in English and in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of German is an asset
- You are open to frequent travelling abroad (Germany and The Netherlands), for approximately 20% of your time
