Job Duties: Serve as lead Architectural Designer for commercial mixed-use projects;
Plan and coordinate activities relating to the development, design and construction of buildings and related projects;
Design and present color boards to clients;
Produce detailed layouts and provide schedules and designs for proposals and presentations;
Generate architectural details, plans, elevations, and final construction drawings;
Prepare contract documents and direct construction contract administration and specifications;
Initiate and coordinate the bidding process and supervise design development; and
Observe field construction and monitor progress of construction throughout project.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 5 years experience as architectural designer or related occupation. Will accept Master’s Degree in Architecture and 3 years experience. Must have experience with schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Must be proficient in AutoCad, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator. Must also have experience working on large-scale commercial mixed-use projects.
