Architectural Technician/Building Surveyor required (pricing experience required). Temp to perm role -
Architectural practice based in Hornchurch which acts on behalf of clients specialising within the Residential and Retail sectors providing full professional building services. This role requires an experienced individual who can cost residential projects and can demonstrate relevant experience in producing full working drawings for projects. Submission of Planning and Building Regulations is essential.
The practice produces all drawings in AutoCAD 2009 and the relevant candidate must also demonstrate experience in working with Microsoft office
Salary on offer is circa £25K mark. Role will initially be on a temp basis but with a strong possibility of going permanent after 6 months.
