AREA MANAGER (Eastern Europe) Job in Clarens, Vaud Switzerland
We are seeking to appoint a full-time:
Your responsibilities
The Area Manager is responsible to develop the student recruitment network in his/her region and therefore help
manage and monitor performance of local Educational Counselors (EC). Measure and monitor agency performance
metrics against regional marketing plan according to the agreed targets and budgets.
The Area Manager is to support the Regional Admissions Director (RAD ) in maximising the recruitment of the region
and respect the schools admissions criterias and the reputation of the Laureate Hospitality Education (LHE) institutions.
In addition, the Area Manager is responsible for Field Support and assisting Educational Counselors on a day-to-day
basis in conflict resolution, student applications, marketing, reporting and management.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Management, Sales and/or Marketing
- 3-4 years of proven track record in sales in an international company / environment with focus on business
development and/or Sales and Marketing - Good understanding of Educational systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel - Power Point), CRM system and internet
- English Russian (excellent spoken and written)
- Dynamic, ambitious, creative problem solver and good planer with a high sense of responsibility
- Results oriented, takes initiatives, organized, independent and ready to work in fast paced environment
- Willing for high travel activities
