AREA MANAGER – NT OPERATIONS
Titan Plant Hire Pty Ltd is a privately owned company that supplies new and late model civil and earthmoving equipment for hire to the mining, civil and road construction markets in WA NT.
Titan Plant Hire is embarking on a major growth phase and we are looking to appoint an Area Manager based in Darwin, NT.
The successful applicant will need to be capable of establishing a lean operation and maintaining high standards in the working facilities and equipment supplied. Looking after an extremely broad range of plant and equipment the role will require a mixture of business acumen, excellent communication skills, commercial and process awareness and an ability to lead.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the Branch team and continue to build the capability of this team.
- Provide at all times a high level of service synonymous to the TPH brand.
- Meet and exceed Branch performance targets (revenue, profitability, utilization etc.)
- Increase the company profile in the region.
- Preparing and submitting monthly reports to the Managing Director on the operations and financial performance of the branch.
The successful candidate will posses:
- An extremely high level of motivation
- Proven strong people management skills
- Knowledge of civil earthmoving equipment / industry
- The ability to maintain an organised approach to work, with a high level of attention to detail including the ability to prioritise personal
- Mechanical trade background
You will play a key role in the continued success and rapid growth of this organisation.
