Job Requirements:

5-7 years of leadership and/or managementresponsibilities
High School Diploma required, prefer BachelorsDegree or Post Graduate Degree
5-7 years of experience in the ServicesIndustry preferred but not necessary
Must be willing to travel up to 60%-70% withinthe assigned area
Travel expectations: 2-3 days/week should bespent in branches and with sales team
Prepared and available for travel, asrequired, within the Area and to its branches.
Ideally, will possess strong peoplemanagement, leadership and professional skills andexperience
Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal andorganizational skills.
Training and coaching skills
Exceptional problem-solving and planningskills.
Understanding of accounting and finance as itrelates to the industry.
A high degree of industry knowledge in areassuch as marketing, sales techniques, organization, systems and policydesign, management, etc.
Strong understanding of general marketing andsales techniques and strategies.
