Role Summary/Purpose

The Sales Area Manager oversees sales activities in Central and South Spain, drive all the Business Development opportunities, owns end-user and EPC customer relations, monitors and engage with the local agents and local authorized repair for the Masoneilan and Consolidated brands in their area of responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

  • Work with all the selling team to develop strategies for market penetration regionally and locally;
  • Manage the selling activities using products knowledge, services support and technology.
  • Work with the Sales and Finance departments to develop and administer the company’s sales forecast.
  • Maintain relationships with field sales and service personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions.
  • Evaluate alternative financial modeling approaches and oversees or performs statistical studies for the Sales departments.
  • May also manage sales and customer account administration and support the sales function through policy setting and administrative support coordination.
  • Develop strategic account plans. Sell both Masoneilan and Consolidated products and services to regional and local customers, directly or through distributors.
  • Cultivate and maintain direct and close relationships with established customers to increase existing business and ensure excellent client relations.
  • Always schedules visits to potential new customers to significantly develop the business
  • Meet Flow Technology objectives in doubling revenues;
  • Utilize Dresser tools and processes (ie: Forecasting, KPI’s RAIL’s) for managing all accounts
  • Establish budgets, long-range objectives and criteria for monitoring progress and measuring success

    Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from accredited university;
  • Customer focused and results driven
  • Previous selling experience
  • Solid business knowledge
  • Great ability to negotiate
  • Ability to develop and grow relationships sponsorship
  • Strong English Language skills both written and verbal
  • Availability for business travelling, even under short advice where needed
