My client is a large organisation that works in a variety of different sectors including utilities. They provide a full range of services for all major UK utilities networks and infrastructure.
The job involves the effective management of supervisors, working under a Framework agreement. Responsibilities will be for the overall running of works, including the profitability, operational delivery and performance, resource utilisation, people management and health safety. Other responsibilities include; implementation of GSOP understanding at all levels within the supply chain, promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas, manage contract specific KPI's and SHEA monitoring and reporting processes. We will expect you to reduce defect/section 74 charges, LOS to exceed 92%, achieve zero AFR and utility strikes each month, delivery toolbox talks, complete HS/ hazard reports.
The ideal candidate will have water/ utilities experience, strong supervisory experience, a CSCS card, Health and safety site management course - CITB or equivalent, and a Water qualification (e.g. NVQ).
