DiBella’s is seeking “Top performing" individuals for the following positions: Area Manager, General Managers, Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Shift Managers.

At DiBella’s, our goal is to make the best sub sandwich you’ve ever tasted. Every sandwich starts with fresh bread that is baked continuously throughout the day in our store’s in-house bakeries, giving the customer the freshest roll possible. We custom prepare every sandwich using the highest quality of meats, cheeses and condiments, complemented by a choice of delicious toppings.


Our restaurants feature comfortable dining rooms and a unique casual atmosphere, reminiscent of a 1940’s NY style corner restaurant.  We deliver fast and friendly service, always providing the highest quality product.

  

DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines was founded in Rochester, NY.  We currently operate 24 stores in NY, OH, PA MI with plans to continue expansion. The qualified candidate must:

- Area Manager/General Manager- Minimum 2 years General Manager experience in a fast paced restaurant/QSR environment

-  Assistant Managers-Minimum 1 year management experience in a fast paced restaurant/QSR environment

-  Shift Managers- Some level supervisory experience. Head cashier, Lead cook, etc.

-  Possess a valid drivers license
-  Have STRONG leadership skills
-  Outgoing personality
-  Strong organizational skills 
-  Have Integrity
-  Must possess Energy and Enthusiasm
-  Must have the ability to Produce RESULTS
-  Be able to train, motivate and develop a team
-  Must have a working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-  Have a strong track record of making an impact in every position held.
-  Be a team player
-  Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holiday's
-  Must have the ability to be fair but firm, and hold team and self accountable.
-  Must be a self starter.
-  Strong understanding of financials and how to troubleshoot a pl.
