With subdivisions and road works at the core of their business, this leading mid tier civil contractor has proved its capacity to deliver design and construct subdivisions projects to the Department of Main Roads well known mining contractors. Their track record in QLD has seen them awarded some long term, high profile civil projects in Queensland that will allow for further growth of their Brisbane office even in the current economic climate. With the backing of many successful completed joint ventures and many more in the pipeline it’s no surprise that the majority of employees have been there for over 5 years.
With a long term staff member recently moving into retirement, a position has been created for an Area Project Manager with extensive Subdivisions Construction experience. This firm has a presence across several sites in and around South East Queensland.
This will be an important recruit within a small yet successful tight knit construction firm.
What you will need:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering
- 5 years subdivisions onsite experience
- Proven experience working on QLD Main Roads Projects
- Australian Construction/Engineering industry experience
- An excellent communicator with outstanding written skills
- Strong skills in industry specific software packages
