Job Description: To Grow and develop a team of Representatives and Sales Leaders to achieve area targets.
Responsible for: Achieving targets, leading and coaching a team of self employed Representatives and Sales Leaders to maximize your area
Primary Responsibilities:-
* Recruit, train, motivate and coach a team of self employed Representatives and Sales Leaders on a daily basis to ensure area success.
(Recruit a minimum of 15 Representatives a week - 3 per day through prospecting)
* 80% of the role proactively field based in achieving the above
* Ensure you increase the number of self employed Sales leaders in your area to maximize growth and to assist you in achieving a minimum of 15 new Representatives per week.
* Achieve KPI goals through training, motivating and developing a team of self employed Sales leaders.
* 100% ownership for delivering results on key activities on a daily, campaignly, quarterly and annual basis to achieve area targets.
* Manage change successfully in a forever changing culture
* Prioritise and maximise business growth opportunities within allocated geography.
* Utilise and successfully control geographical area using tools and data provided.
* Multi task and contingency planning to meet demands of high turnover industry.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate successful results in a similar sales role. You will also have a proven track record of proactively seeking out clients, meeting targets and managing staff.
