PACKAGE: Basic: £25K - £30K + OTE +Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the most recognised Tyre companies within the UK.

This is a field based role, located around the South West of the UK. You will be able to close your own business and develop relationships with clients. If you have an interest in the vehicle market and are looking for a real challenge this is the job for you.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Area Sales Manager

-Sales experience with some relation to the Motor industry.
-Educated to A level or equivalent.
-2 years + sales experience in direct selling.
-Strong Sales skills, communication, persuasion, negotiation.
-Charismatic Attitude, Enthusiasm + Keeness

ROLE INFORMATION- Area Sales Manager

-Selling the companies manufactured ranges of Bridgestone and Firestone commercial vehicle tyres.
-Selling to Users/Haulage companies (Eddie Stobart etc) Vehicle Dealers, Tyre dealers/Distributors ( Humphries, Kwik fit etc )
-50/50 New biz/Account management. You will be expected to build strong relationships with all of the accounts on your territory helping to build the brand image and loyalty. You will also be expected to be constantly on the look out for new business prospecting any business on your territory who could use but currently isn't using your products.
-Implement promotion and incentive schemes within your resellers.
-Target or gain commitment with your clients to achieve agreed levels per year and set rebates and incentives in line with those targets.
-Manage debtors within your territory.
-You will be expected to take part in industry exhibitions as well as present at seminars and open days. -Support the field engineers in the processing of warranty claims.
