With leading brands such as Mepilex®, Mepitel®, Mepore®, Mefix®, Tubifast®, Tubigrip® and Epaderm, this is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales leader to join the team.  Your key responsibility in this high profile role will be the achievement of revenue targets through the effective leadership of an experienced team of 3 Regional Sales Managers and c28 sales professionals.  You will also oversee the development of strategic relationships with Regional and National key opinion leaders, develop the strategic partnership with NHS Supply Chain and lead on associated tenders and price proposals.  In addition you will also take ownership of our national primary care strategy and sales force efficiency programmes.

 

You’ll be an experienced Sales Manager with an impressive track record and proven leadership abilities, together with a thorough understanding of the complexities of selling into healthcare, at both Primary and Acute levels.  Dynamic, energetic and creative, your commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability will be supported by excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Ideally you will have already managed at 2nd line level, however we will consider exceptional candidates at 1st line level looking to step up.  Experience of the wound care sector is not essential, in fact, as a growth business, we are keen to hear from candidates from all areas of the healthcare industry.
