Job Description:
Deliver the products of CNH Capital (Retail Financing, Leasing, Revolving Account, Insurance, Extended Warranty, etc.) to the dealers and customers of CNH. Responsibilities include driving and maintaining optimum penetration for all products provided by CNH Capital. This position is based as “Inside Sales” in the Burlington, Ontario office.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and maintain targeted penetration for
o Retail Originations
o Revolving Account
o Insurance
- Drive profitable growth by effectively managing expenses and margin targets
- Manage assigned sales territory, utilizing all necessary methods to ensure appropriate share is achieved for each segment of responsibility
- Develop and implement a sales strategy which provides optimum return by using time management to achieve best results
- Effectively influence and train dealer personnel to maximize sales results and product penetration
- Participate in trade shows, sales meetings and seminars as required
- Work jointly with industrial teams to drive market share increases for CNH products and brands
- Area Sales Managers are responsible for
o Communicating with dealers, industrial colleagues and CNH management
o Actively participating in all meetings, conference calls and discussions
o Maintaining consistent communication and follow-up by
o Checking voice mail regularly
o Checking and responding to email regularly
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or 3+ years experience of closely related experience
· Bilingual – French and English
· 2+ years Captive Finance Experience
· 1+ year ag, construction, automotive, or other power equipment experience
· 1+ year Sales or Customer Service background
Preferred Qualifications:
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel in particular)
· Prior Credit or Collections experience
