Remuneration: £28,000-£36,000 Negotiable + up to £10,000 bonus

The role of the Formwork Falsework Area Sales Manager will involve:
· Selling predominantly the hire, but also the sale of Formwork and Falsework equipment
· 60% reactively dealing with well established relationships within Formwork and Falsework specialist sub contractors, Main Contractors and smaller builders
· 40% proactively stimulating demand for equipment through end users, Main Contractors, specialist Formwork and Falsework sub-Contractors and smaller builders
· Inheriting One of the best performing area in the country, currently turning over £1m, circa 120% of budget and with a large order book for Q1 next year!
· Tasked with growing the area to £1.15m next year
· Large proportion of time will be spent on construction sites
· Project can be multi million pound, but typically tend to be from £200-£2,000 per calendar week
· Utilising a team of qualified engineers for technical support
The ideal applicant will be a Formwork Falsework Area Sales Manager with:
· Construction field sales background with an understanding of Formwork and Falsework
· Specialist hire sales experience, not diggers, dumpers etc
· Ideally field sales experience within Formwork or Falsework
· If not the hire of Bulk items as closely related experience as possible, such as associated products like concrete, aggregate groundwork etc
· Construction site experience
· Solution sales not commodity sales person that sells on price
· Technically competent - able to read structural drawings
· Contacts within Formwork and Falsework sub-contractors or Main Contractors is desirable
· Mix of Construction and engineering background preferred
