This brand standard hotel operation are looking to recruit a top calibre Area Sales Manager with strong MICE experience. This role will be multiple location based between three properties. The Area Sales Manager will contribute and manage the implementation of the annual hotels sales and marketing strategy, accountability for selected key MICE accounts business and maximising the resources available to drive the teams to exceed revenue targets and drive market and customer share. The candidate will know how to source and develop new MICE business for all properties and develop key accounts. To develop key account plans, detailing objectives and define strategy in order to achieve MICE goals and targets on behalf of the three properties.
The ideal candidate will be pro-active and have high personal performance standards, strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate, lead and inspire others, problem solving, decision making and influencing skills. They will need to be adaptable and be able to react to changing circumstances.
