In this position, you will be dedicated to meeting customers’ service requirements; Manage assigned service contract, time and material, and installation service accounts; Develop new/upgraded service business; Ensure the responsibilities of manpower utilization and customer satisfaction are handled in the most cost efficient manner in accordance with established budgets, policies, procedures and quality standards; Effectively manage Area’s expense goals and objectives; Know the competition, implements effective strategies and tactics in the marketplace to achieve revenue and margin objectives; Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers; Develop and maintains customer satisfaction through personal contact and prompt resolution of service problems; Communicate unresolved/escalating problems to Zone Service Manager and/or other appropriate personnel; Aggressively sell Service contracts, negotiating in tough situations to win business and maintain Area and Zone objectives; Manage contract compliance and is up-to-date on the applicable Federal, State and Local laws, including Regulatory laws; Build and coach effective local customer teams - let people be responsible for their work - share ownership and visibility - define success in terms of the whole team; Coach Customer Engineers to effectively deliver customer solutions; Determine Area’s technical training requirements and implement plans to achieve customer satisfaction and technical competence; Plan for the acquisition and effective utilization of company assets (e.g., tools, test equipment, automobiles, and facilities); Team with Sales personnel to win business and resolve customer issues; Provide Sales support such as lead referral and provides input into RFP responses; Ensure that the requirements of compliance and safety programs are completed on a timely basis including TAMS policies, procedures, environmental, safety and health laws.

Qualifications:
Requires four year degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years management experience.
5+ years experience in a high-tech service organization (preferably in medical imaging), at least 3 of which are field-based.
Good knowledge of business practices and procedures.
Functional computer skills including spreadsheets and their applications, databases, Internet.
Proven ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
Demonstrated ability to use tact and diplomacy to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
Working Conditions:
This position requires regular visits to medical facilities. These facilities may have certain standards, which all vendor representatives must meet in order to gain access to these facilities, including the requirement for drug, background and health screening. Employment is contingent on your compliance to the standards established by each facility, as evidenced by the results of the required screenings.
