Description
The Head of Strategic Analysis is a senior member of the Asset Servicing Transformation team, reporting to the Head of Asset Servicing Transformation, with responsibility for the development and execution of a data mining and analytics unit that will provide quantifiable revenue cross selling opportunities to existing clients across all business segments.
The incumbent will lead a centralized data repository and analysis team. Through the creation of a robust and cleansed data store, the team will be actively involved in the development of on the fly and market driven product and cross selling opportunities, in addition to the more defined and mature products that exist in the current business channels.
The incumbent is responsible for tangible outputs including, but not limited to- client targeting lists, revenue estimates, and data analysis that can be shared with clients to aid cross selling. All segments across Asset Servicing will be users of the output, including the Strategic Solutions Team and Core Revenue Teams in the US and EMEA, as well as APAC and LATAM. On a regular basis, the team will engage with both product areas as well as revenue enhancement teams/BAU to gather feedback, develop new algorithms for data mining, and generate new ideas. The head of the group will also engage heavily with Technology to develop the infrastructure and data mining capabilities that will be needed to make this program successful.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's Degree or Professional Qualification. MBA or Post Graduate Degree preferred.
