Description

Incumbents for this senior leadership position will have responsibility for overseeing a team of Sr. Sales Executives who represent BNYM's Investment Servicing product solutions to asset owners and institutional investors. The market segment includes pension plans (public and private), endowments and funds of hedge funds. In addition, the incumbent will have oversight responsibilities for the Consultant Insight team who manage the relationships with key consultants and other influencers across asset owners, investment managers and alternative managers. Position would be responsible for achieving significant revenue targets and ensuring sales are within appropriate business, margin and risk parameters. The incumbent would have industry, influencer and direct prospect facing responsibilities and would be a key leader to ensure deal and product structuring for complex opportunities. Global collaboration across Investment Services (and beyond) would be critical to ensure business success. The specific products and services covered by this sales team could include custody, accounting and administration, benefits disbursement, cash, capital markets and securities lending.

Qualifications

BS/BA in business/finance. MBA preferred. 10+ years in securities servicing/capital/emerging markets industry. Specific industry experience around the financial institutions sector required. Previous experience in managing senior sales teams is required.
