Our client is a top-tier global financial and professional services firm, with a high performance culture and committed to nurturing its most valuable asset - its people.
Due to internal promotion a position is now available for an experienced and client-focused Business Development Leader to oversee and drive business development and strategic pursuits across Asia.
With a minimum 15 years of relevant experience in professional services and at least 8 years in management, you have a track record of developing and implementing successful Business Development and Pursuits Strategies on a regional level. An expert in pitching and proposal management, you will share your expertise and best practice with your area and sub-area teams. Lead and guide them in their BD efforts to ensure world-class account management and revenue growth.
Native level English is required for this role and proficiency in the Chinese language is highly desirable. While exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, abilities to manage high-performance individuals of different levels and backgrounds, and ambition to build an effective and world class Business Development team would be key to success in this role.
