Asia eCommerce FX, Rates and Credit Client Service
Part of Group Technolocy Operations, Global Business Services (Operations) encompasses the people and processes that back up global deal-making. Every day, they make sure that billions of trades anre settled, risk is minimized and clients are satisfied.
The objective of eCommerce Client Services is to provide a premier cross trained global client service team for Deutsche Bank’s clients trading on the Autobahn suite of electronic trading platforms and bespoke ISV platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management, Product management and Risk management of the cross product franchise in addition to responsibilities over Rates and Credit FI products on Autobahn, Multi Dealer and Emerging platforms (SEF’s/OTFs)
- Interaction with clients, brokers, sales, trading and IT to ensure any issues are resolved or avoided.
- Successful candidates will also be responsible for demonstrating Autobahn trading systems to clients internally and externally.
- Primary Client Contact.
- Client relationship management.
- Proactively monitor price, trade and order flow both internally and externally.
- Risk Management –Outage management for multiple trading systems
- Facilitate internal and external client requests re trade/order status and cancellations.
- MIS, End of Day reporting.
- Client functionality training.
- Trade Capture -- Liaison between Trading, Sales and Clients re credit limits, trades, failed trades, positions and outages.
- Developing HVA initiatives : Dormant Acct reactivation, bespoke client solutions and client issue tracking.
- Management of Internal and external user entitlements, access and recertifications
- Participation in UAT testing and new product roll outs.
Requirements:
- Working independently in Sydney as part of a regional team.
- Interaction with other Regional and Global Team leads to ensure eCS strategies are consistent.
- Stakeholder management cross asset classes
- Proven experience working in Financial Markets. Specifically in Rates, Credit, Fixed Income
- Expert knowledge of FX, Rates and Credit Derivatives products (especially in understanding what they are, and how they trade).
- Previous experience of working in eCommerce is favourable
- Must have Direct Customer support / Client Service experience.
- Strong and effective communications skills.
- Any additional regional language skills would be advantageous
- Ability to multi-task and keep clear, accurate status reports
- Ability to work under pressure from the Front office and external clients
- Previous experience of working in a high volume environment.
- Will be expected to develop credibility and a good reputation and demonstrate integrity with clients and colleagues.
- Strong team player, with ability to adapt to a strong team oriented environment and subsequently be involved in all functions that the team performs.
- Takes accountability for own actions and seeks guidance from management when appropriate.
- Displays insight and ability in identifying issues and helps to develop successful solutions.
- Accurate, thorough and highly responsible with a good attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- 3 years+ experience, 1+ in eCommerce Trading Systems preferable
- Advanced degree preferable
- Regional language skills would be an added advantage
