The Role Position:
Seeking a Hong Kong-based, experienced and qualified Lawyer or holding law qualification who is an experienced Compliance Manager. Person must be able to work independently in a start-up scenario, with experience of applications for licenses, legal registrations, documentation and all aspects of legal and compliance work for a small but rapidly expanding financial services firm within the investment banking, capital markets, brokerage, dealer-broker environment.
Interested parties may come from: In-house Legal, Broker-Dealers, Investment Banking, Specialist Brokerage, Hedge Funds or Asset Managers and Funds Houses WITH Hong Kong or Greater China experience.
