Department Overview
The Asia Shared Services Operations Change Team is a team that partners with key stake holders to deliver strategic change (products, process, technology, organisation alignment) necessary in support the Global Shared Service Strategy. The Global Shared Services Operations team provides support to processes and services that are common across all asset-classes.
Main Function
- The role holder will be responsible for the delivery of projects and programmes for Global Shared Services Operations
Main Duties
- Able to provide the overall direction for the project team
- Provide specialist guidance to the project team, particularly in project definition, requirements analysis, business and technical design and change control activities.
- Ensure that the right team is on the project by selecting the right people, and developing people with skills that will benefit the organisation
- Forecasting and prepare current and accurate forecast of costs, cashflow, timescales and resource requirements and agree with the Project Board
- Identify and manage all programme/project issues and risks including their appropriate escalation and contingency management
- Planning and identify all products and tasks associated with the completion of the projects
- Monitor and control the use of resources and funds against the original budget
To qualify, individuals must possess
- The role holder will possess a demonstrable track record of 10 to 15 years in business change
- Working on a variety of relevant projects with successful delivery
- Strong interpersonal skill and ability to face off with senior stakeholder management
- Strong command of project and programme management techniques - including the application of industry-standard methodologies, techniques, complex modelling, scenario planning is essential
- Proven people management skills to include selecting, building, and developing teams
- High quality degree and ideally with appropriate change methodology
- Fluent in written and spoken English is essential
