Asian Private Equity Analysts / Associate, SG Based
Due to a healthy growth in investments, our PE client, has opportunities for Analysts - VP level candidates to join their direct investments team with the respective focus in
- FIG;
- Consumers; or
- Metals Mining; or
- TMT sectors
Being a Buy-side investment professional, you will be responsible for
- Working with senior investment professionals to identify attractive investment opportunities within the sector leveraging on your market expertise and knowledge
- Developing and executing the investment strategy for deals within the Asia region
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key participants in the region
- Leading complex deal structuring, innovative investment financing and extensive due diligence process on investments
We welcome candidates starting from 1 year of analyst experience to junior VP level from investment bank / Corporate Finance / Private Equity candidates with the above sector background to apply. We also welcome candidates who are currently a generalist and willing to grow in a sector role.
You should have hands on experience in executing Asian deals and a good knowledge of the Asia markets, from financial modelling, conducting due diligences, conducting ground research and putting appropriate investment proposals from a principal investing point of view. Candidates without proven geographical deal experience will NOT be considered.
We welcome overseas candidates with a demonstrated knowledge in Asia markets to apply too.
