Responsibilities

• Develop business by using existing connections and generating new business contacts

• To interview and screen potential candidates

• Work directly with PM’s to help vet potential hires, following specific criteria set out by the managers

• To provide training and support to new analyst employees

• To interact and network with current analyst population and stay abreast of the current market situation

• Be the point of contact for any management issues raised

• To aid and improve overall performance of analysts

Requirements

• Strong academic background

• Analyst background is highly desirable, sell or buyside

• Strong communication and networking skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Minimum 3 years experience
