We are looking for a high performing, dynamic, multitasker and a very strong Senior 
Technical Lead in Microsoft.NET platform.   
This role will be leading one of our fast-paced web product development teams that 
is experiencing very high growth domestically and internationally. You will need to use 
your architect skills to create tiered asynchronous large scale applications to integrate 
with XML Web Service feeds -	
Work on exciting projects of Globalization and Localization for our international 
travel websites -	
Work on projects on Social Networking and Mobile website that will utilize the cutting 
edge HTML5, JQueryMobile languages -	
Tremendous exposure to a wide range of technologies and business problems you will solve 
using the most current web technologies -	
Opportunity to interact with various clients and collaborate on different projects  
This is a full time permanent position.  
Right Candidate: -	
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline -	
Must have at least 6-8+ years experience in ASP.NET, C#, HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, CSS -	
In-depth experience with C# and ASP .NET 3.0/4.0 or higher. -	
Must have worked in XML, XML Web Services, WSDLs / SOAP and WCF Services -	
Must have strong MS SQL Server 2005/2008 T-SQL programming Design and development experience -	
Excellent verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem solving abilities and an 
aptitude for learning new technologies -	
Experience in Project Management with SCRUMMethodology -	
Experience with Team Foundation Server -	
Must have strong experience in development and architecting large scale web based systems -	
Must have experience with unit testing frameworks, code coverage and static code analysis -	
Lead a team of front-end and back-end developers in the development, maintenance, and operations 
of a consumer web site and multiple internal web applications -	
Experience working with an Online Travel Industry preferred -	
Must be a self starter, able to work independently and in a team environment -	
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills -	
Ability to work on multiple projects focused on delivery -	
Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
