Ass. CRM Manager – London – Travel
This well-known travel company are now looking for a smart CRM Associate, to help deliver the CRM strategy to meet revenue and growth targets. You will need to be an experienced CRM marketer looking for your next step. You will need to manage the successful development of customer retention and acquisition campaigns to drive measurable value to the business. This role covers the full campaign mix and is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to build their CRM career, in an innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
a) To manage all elements of CRM, through all communications channels including Web, E-mail, Direct mail, SMS and Social Media.
b) To deliver defined revenue growth through measurable CRM campaigns; and to support wider marketing activities through the use of CRM
c) To grow the customer database and increase revenue though campaigns and work with partners on reciprocal CRM activity.
d) To develop customer segmentation models for targeting campaign activity.
e) Carry out analysis to inform campaign decision making; identify and retain customers.
f) To maintain and develop the customer database and to manage its use in all direct communications activities.
g) To support the marketing department to ensure the effective sourcing, use and storage of data for customer acquisition campaigns.
h) To identify and develop data collection mechanics and objectives for all promotions and campaigns.
i) To manage CRM systems and suppliers (CRM Agency, Suppliers of disruption communication systems).
j) To work closely with the department managers to ensure consistency of communication through all channels especially during times of service disruption.
k) To Give reasonable help and assistance to other members of the marketing team when requested.
l) To Monitor the CRM budget and plan expenditure through out the year.
