Job Description: Assemble mechanical/electrical products to meet production schedule and quality standards. The position will perform the responsibilities detailed below and other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities: bull;Determine priorities in daily production schedule. bull;Assemble products per online process instructions using required hand tools (i.e. calibrated torque drivers). bull;Complete work in process to ensure that products meet production schedule. bull;Most assemblies require repetitive hand motions for extended periods and may require occasional heavy lifting up to 50 pounds. bull;Understand and perform processes for manufacturing of product within work areas to achieve the required quality level. bull;Verify assembly quality using process instructions. bull;Identifies systems that fail power up test and repairs as necessary. bull;Responsible for being aware of and complying with all Quality policies, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement. bull;Responsible for identifying part replenishment needs. bull;Support parts accuracy through inventory control transactions in the ERP system. bull;Conduct daily cycle counts to insure accurate inventory. bull;Continuously review processes instructions and identify areas for improvement. bull;Responsible for being aware of and complying with all Safety policies, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
