In this position, you will: Essential Responsibilities Read blueprints and engineering specifications to perform moderate / repetitive assembling tasks Perform factory acceptance tests per specifications Properly stamp or tag all parts per engineering documents Identify problems or hazardous conditions that occur during assembly and test Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety and environmental regulations Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities Perform all duties as assigned by management Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of experience in welding, machining, manufacturing, quality control, quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or test and assembly ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Possess a current or the ability to obtain a forklift operator license Possess a valid drivers license Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
