An exiting job opportunity to join our flexible assessor workforce to deliver assessment centres on behalf of our clients across the UK. You will be working in partnership with other assessors and the hiring community to identify talent through a number of assessment activities including role-plays, group exercises and interviews.
We’re looking for individuals who ideally have proven experience in assessing, interviewing and scribing and have the flexibility to work with our on demand model and, where possible, support in multiple locations.
Key duties responsibilities:
• Be a competent and experienced assessor / interviewer (including role play, group exercises etc as well as interviewing)
• Assess using behavioural competency based assessment tools
• Assess in line with the client guidelines
• Ensure all candidates are treated fairly and equally
• Understand the end client and reflect this culture/ be the face of the client throughout the assessments
• Ability to provide constructive feedback
• Ability to take legible verbatim notes
• Work with the scoring matrix attached to the tools to determine scores for candidate exercises
• Provide informal coaching to hiring managers in attendance when appropriate during assessments
• Ensure full compliance with equal opportunities and data protection at all times
Skills Experience:
• Previous proven assessment experience of a variety of assessment methods (is preferable but not essential)
• Professional approach to assessment / interview delivery
• Knowledge of ORCE (Observing, Recording, Classifying, Evaluating)
• Ability / willingness to travel
• Passionate about the client and customer focussed
• Knowledge of legislation
• Excellent timekeeping and communication skills
