My client is an extremely well respected and driven training provider within the Liverpool and Merseyside area. With excellent outcomes and well trained staff they have been able to gain increased SFA funding and revenue year on year for the last 3 years. My client is constantly at the forefront of the training arena, in this location, and as such is a great place to join and promote your career. Due to continued expansion and their having won another large apprenticeship contract they are now looking to recruit Assessors, Verifiers and Tutors across a range of disciplines namely:
• Business Administration
• Customer Services
• Team Leader
• Management
• Retail
• IT user
• IT practitioner
o One or more of the above would be beneficial
The main purpose of the role is to deliver training qualifications and awards and if qualified, carry out internal verification processes as and when required focusing on learner skills, quality and assessment, ensuring delivery is outstanding and at a professional level at all times. Responsible for the delivery of work based learning that meets the requirements of the SFA, Ofsted and funding authorities during one to one and group training and to meet ongoing monthly targets that comply with company and government regulations.
Assessors must possess an A1 certificate (or equivalent D units) and PTLLS with experience of the QCF framework and therefore able to hit the ground running.
Verifiers similarly must possess the A1 certificate (or equivalent D units), PTLLS and V1 certificate (or equivalent D units) with experience of verifying on the QCF framework.
