We are seeking candidates for a full-time Asset Coordinator position located within our office in downtown Cleveland. This position will be responsible for managing the Information Services Asset Management function.
The primary duties will include:
· Negotiating pricing, delivery and completing order process of hardware and software.
· Serving as point of contact for shipping and receiving of orders for the IS department.
· Tracking firm-wide technology assets and software licensing.
· Delegating equipment repair by authorized outside vendors.
· Processing department invoices to ensure vendor payment in a timely manner.
· Maintaining department records of invoices, assets and contracts.
· Maintaining policies and procedures for purchasing and asset management.
· Maintaining database containing information on receipt, disbursement, location and transfer of hardware and software assets.
· Processing hardware and software warranties. Managing the return of defective or unusable items.
· Ensuring effective management of software licensing and hardware inventories by maintaining cost- effective procurement strategies, internal controls, and financial/physical reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Two to three experience working with hardware/software procurement are preferred, but not required.
In addition, ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills with strong listening, verbal and written communication skills as well as be detail oriented, accurate and able to work independently.
