Corporate Business Solutions (CBS) is a team that is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of CBA's business customers by offering innovative and compelling banking solutions, supported by a simple and easy origination experience.

CBS works closely with BPB and IBM sales and distribution channels to provide solutions that cover all business working capital, payments, asset finance and lending needs.

CBS also provides a wide range of services to IBM and other BPB divisions, including strategic advisory and incubation of new businesses.

The Asset Finance Centre is a centralised national team responsible for the sale of asset finance products. We are currently a team of less than 100 employees whose key stake holders include not only external customers, but also internal customers including Relationship Managers, Asset Finance Specialists and other staff members from the internal CBA network.

Role Purpose:

To write new business referred via a number of sources, including phone, email, OTR and retaining existing customers by contacting all maturing contracts prior to the maturity date with a view to refinancing or replacing the contract. The Sales and Retention Associate will be responsible for the management of the deal to funding and be the primary point of contact for the customer.
