Asset Management –
Distressed and Non Performing Investments
Job profile:
- Designing and coordinating the realisation of individual business plans for major and/or complex engagements in a fast-paced environment
- In charge of negotiating with capital and equity markets investors, banks, private equity sponsors, insolvency administrators, advisors and other parties involved regarding inter alia:
- Sales and syndication
- Restructuring and refinancing
- Control takeover, consensual sales and other cooperative agreements
- Enforcement, insolvency proceedings and/or litigation
- Presentation of the proposed resolution actions to the relevant internal committee
- Working closely with other teams including Real Estate, Portfolio Management and Legal
Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in leading financial institutions, private equity or real estate groups
- Strong university degree, ideally in economics
- Relationship management, financial sales experience and/or excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence to assume responsibility and initiative
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- Ideally English native speaker, additional European languages would be welcome
- Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
