Asset Management Analyst for Leading Real Estate Fund recruitment
The Client
Our client is a leading real estate investment firm who is recruiting an Asset Management Analyst to join their team in London. The London office has a large portfolio of assets under management across various European markets and asset classes.
The Role
• Support for key asset management tasks such as leasing oversight, capital expenditure decisions, refinancing, divestments
• Liaising with and managing service providers
• Creating, managing and maintaining cash flow models for existing investments
• Prepare annual internal valuation model and fund projection models
• Assist the deal team in the identification of suitable investment projects
• Participation in the due diligence process
Required Qualifications
• Excellent academic qualifications
• Very strong financial modeling skills (ARGUS, Excel)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• 3-4 years of work experience in real estate asset and/or fund management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage several parallel projects
