About our client
We are working with one of the world’s leading real estate investment firms who are recruiting an Asset Management Associate to join their asset management team in London. This firm has significant assets under management and its portfolio is performing extremely well.
Responsibilities
- Preparing analysis and support for key asset management tasks such as performance management, capital expenditure decisions, refinancing, divestments
- Managing weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to the US head office
- Managing and updating all cash flow models for European investments
Skills we’re looking for
- Candidates must be qualified accountants
- Very strong financial modelling skills
- Experience of working in asset management is a must
- Excellent academic qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
