Asset Management- Channel Marketing Executive(6 months Contract Role) recruitment

1.Duties Responsibilities:

• Ensure that marketing collaterals are prepared and produced on time. Marketing collaterals include but not limited to presentation decks/sales kits, monthly fact sheets (English and Chinese), monthly fund review, funds focus, news flash, insights, macro briefing, monthly commentaries, brochures, posters, placemats, financial reports and website update.

• Works closely with regional investment marketing team to create timely and user-friendly product and market content.

• Works closely with outside vendor, e.g. premium vendor to source for premiums as required by the retail sales team.

• Works closely with retail ops and trustee to collate and compile funds’ semi-annual and annual reports.

2.Background and Education:

Education / Training / Experience

• Degree qualified.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Be able to work independently, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects to deliver to deadlines.

• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Fluent in English and Chinese, both conversational and written.

• Flexible and adaptable
