Asset Management - Client Service Manager (m/f)
The Client Service Manager is the first point of contact of all operation related queries of our funds distribution partner.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handling of client queries within agreed deadlines and service levels
- Smooth on-boarding process for allocated client base in close co-operation with Sales and Operations
- Essential link between Sales and Operations, end-to-end ownership of client related matters
- Reporting and escalation of all client issues/needs to Sales and Management
- Constant review and improvement of service performance, identification of opportunities to enhance client experience
- Undertake business with a full understanding of all compliance, audit and legal requirements specific to relevant sales area, and in line with 'best practice'.
- Participation in projects where appropriate
Professional Profile:
- Solid knowledge on the German financial and mutual fund industry and the relevant legal structures and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge on the function of transcaction banks and platforms (e.g. dealing and settlement)
- Experience within securities transaction processing
- Proven ability to work independently and on one's own initiative and achieving own objectives by requesting support and authorization when and where required or appropriate
- Sound experience in a similar relationship management role ideally with exposure to an international environment
- German native speaker with fluent written and spoken English skills

- Outstanding communication, organization and coordination skills
