Asset Management Company looking for Head of Marketing Benelux recruitment
My client is one of the leading independant management companies in Europe. During the last years, the funds have been performing extraordinary well, which is already a big achievement as such in this difficult economical environment. With more then € 200 billion total client assets under management and advice, my client already is a top player in the market, but the ambition is to grow even further.
In this context of growth and development, my client is currently looking for a head of marketing responsible of Luxembourg and Belgium. In this role, you will support the European head of marketing and the local business development team. You will be in charge of annual and quarterly marketing plans across different distribution channles; managing the local marketing budget. You will be organising high profile events and product roadshows across Luxembourg and Belgium. You will be responsible for the creation of marketing material specific for the local markets: Advertising, Factsheets, website content, digital marketing, etc. In order to create this content, you will be closely collaborating with the other marketing departments (UK, France and Switzerland) and with external partners.
Your profile:
- More than 5 years of experience in Marketing within the Financial sector (ideally in an Asset Management company or in a bank)
- You fluently speak English. bDutch/b and French are considered as an asset
- You are capable to work independantly, as you will set up a new local marketing team
- You are willing to take on a challenge in a company that is growing quickly and that counts on your direct support for the development of the Beglian and Luxembourgish market
