Client Reporting / Data Analyst / MI Analyst / Performance Analyst required by an asset manager to ensure that their data production for client and consultant database reporting is robust and delivers clean, accurate data in a timely fashion.
Please note that fixed income performance analysis experience is essential and candidates that cannot demonstrate this will not be considered for the post.

Our client is based in Mayfair. They are a small firm with an outstanding reputation for long-only asset investment management.
Job Role
A newly created opportunity exists for an experienced performance analyst to review, troubleshoot and implement changes across a variety of client and consultant reporting processes.
The jobs requirements include the following…
- Develop an understanding of performance measurement and attribution methodology employed within the firm
- Develop an understanding of key performance variables
- Develop an understanding of current client and consultant reporting practice and procedure
- Review and troubleshoot current report production process and set out an implementation plan to achieve robust, sustainable and timely reporting alongside enhanced data integrity
- Review reporting requirements of the user groups and identify and prioritize refinements to client and consultant data reporting (taking account of consultant database reporting requirements)
- Review data retention practices and enhance/implement to ensure continued retention of performance history in clean and unalterable form
- Establish appropriate quality control and data review processes for report production
- Maintain key relationships with index data providers and support developers in external data sourcing
Requirements
Fixed income performance analysis / measurement is essential.
Experience of data management procedures.
Educated to degree level (ideally within a quantitative related subject).
It is essential that you are self-motivated with strong analytical skills and high standards of oral and written presentation.
Experience within a marketing / client services or investment management team in a support capacity gained within the asset management sector is ideal.
