Responsibilities

• Provide support to the International Client Services team in ensuring all hard-copy client files match with the soft-copy records. Also, assist in retrieving pending documents from clients and place them on the correct file.

• Assist the Client Service Manager in charge of the High Risk clients to make a full review of the folders and remediate where necessary.

• Assist in ad-hoc queries from clients (reporting, simple operational queries) and ensure that the projects are completed accurately, on time and with no (or minimal) impact to the client. Also, assist where necessary in pro-actively contacting clients in order to provide documentation or data required in a given moment.

• Support the UK Wholesale Client Service team in meeting deadlines for ad-hoc projects. Also, assist each client service person in compiling data and put marketing collateral together for them to send it to the clients.

• Support the UK Financial Institutions Group in organising all their clients’ database, also carrying out Anti-Money Laundering check for all the entities that have not been fully introduced. And also, assisting the Group in any ad-hoc / day-to-day queries they may require.

BREAKDOWN

20% remediating filing/client files general

20% remediating High Risk files

20% specifically dedicated to assisting in remediating the FIG/Jersey IOM files

20% assisting the UK Broker team finish their clients list/file remediation

20% shadowing and otherwise doing ad hoc tasks designed to make a contribution toward your professional development experience.
