Responsibilities
• Analyze regional economies (in terms of the relevance for real estate investments)
• Review real estate market forecasts and supplement with our own forecasts to develop target markets analysis
• Assist in risk analysis for various investments commercial real estate portfolios
• Present findings to Investment Committee support to Investment teams
• Participate in client teams for acquistions, developments, dispositions and portfolio investment strategies
• Support regional management in developing new business opportunities
• Follow trends in capital markets as they relate to institutional real estate
• Contribute to global research strategy projects

Requirements
• Strong tertiary education
• At least 5-years experience in real estate with strong econometric and analytical skills
• Familiar with E-views, DataStream, Bloomberg for econometric modelling
• Strong report presentation and writing skills
• Ability to communicate clearly to internal external clients in English
• Ability to speak one or more Asian languages is an advantage
