To provide comprehensive support to the Sales Team, Country Head and Marketing Manager at all times, ensuring timely and effective co-ordination of all activities, using all relevant tools and information at their disposal.
Main Responsibilities RolesServicing the existing clients:Have a good understanding of the wholesale and institutional business in the Nordic region.Know our clients and the funds they are invested in.Deal with client requests in timely and professionally manner.Ensure that the client has the appropriate set-up with Luxembourg (e.g. all sub accounts are linked together; Trailer Fee's are correct, legal agreements etc.)Manage on boarding process.Ensure that the client database is correct (C2C) and that we have all necessary documentation with our clients.Drafting and sending out client mailings, work with the Marketing ManagerAssist in marketing activities: Road shows, presentations and training's on products as well as on administration.Respond to Client complaints re. wrong deals, missing reports etc.Overall duties:Assist the Sales Team in preparing client meeting agendas, sales events and client visits.Maintain access to databases on product information.Manage and lead ad-hoc project work.Represent Nordics in the Sales Support Working Group (SSWG).Nordic C2C Super user, participate in the C2C Working Group.Prepare relevant material for the Weekly Sales Meeting and take minutes of the meeting.Co-ordination with the RFP group to ensure requests are delivered appropriatelyUndertake business with a full understanding of all compliance, audit, money laundering and a good understanding of local and Luxembourg law.Liaise with London Funds Reporting Group to ensure ongoing reporting requirements.Liaise with Nordic Client Services team to ensure service standards are maintained.Preparation of material for Country Review meeting.Make use of FoF tools, competitor analysis and fund analysis to recognise opportunities and inform Sales.Know our main competitors and their products and strategies. Spread this information throughout the Nordic team.Ensure that critical client information is carefully stored.Ensure that product knowledge always up-to-date.Cooperate with the local Team-members.
Qualifications
Able to contribute actively to the development of the Nordic team:Aware of local market requirements.Detailed understanding of the whole business.Good communicator and team player.Able to manage the expectations of counterparts in the Group.Good personal awareness of business risks and how to minimise them (e.g. ethical, reputational, regulatory/compliance etc.)Financial/ economic background / education.Passed the APP training program.Good understanding of products and financial markets, including industry regulatory/ compliance framework.Professional time management.Set business priorities.Fluent in Swedish and English.Excellent IT capabilities: C2C, Sales MI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Morningstar Direct, Lotus Notes.Strong service orientation towards our clients.
