Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is an integral part of the Boeing global organisation, employing approximately 1400 people at 13 sites around the country, primarily in support of high technology aerospace and communications systems for the Department of Defence.
We are currently seeking suitably qualified candidates for an “Asset Management Planning Supervisor” to work at our operations in Geraldton.
As the position holder you will Lead, direct and supervise the provision of integrated logistics support, maintenance planning and configuration management services to ensure the sustained operation and support requirements for the Australian Defence Satellite Communications Station (ADSCS) are met.
To be successful in this role, you will have met the following criteria:
Essential Criteria

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in asset or integrated logistics management for through-life support of critical infrastructure, plant and equipment in a Defence facility or similar industrial environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.

Demonstrated knowledge and application of EEO, OHS and ethical practices.

High level leadership and people management skills.

Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with the implementation and/or administration of an enterprise asset management system.

Proficiency in computer based work processes including Microsoft office applications.

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and retain an appropriate level of Australian Government Security Clearance.
Desirable criteria
-
Tertiary, technical or trade qualifications in a relevant discipline.

Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with MAXIMO® Asset Management Software (highly desirable).

Demonstrated knowledge of export-import control regulations and requirements.
-
Current Defence Security Clearance at the appropriate level.
