ASSET MANAGEMENT Senior M&A Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst – Hong Kong recruitment
The analyst must be familiar with MA transactions and will work very closely with senior management.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- 3 – 6 years experience in a strategy, consulting or valuation role
- Excellent academic records, MBA is an advantage
- High business acumen
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills: ability to quickly structure logical plans, hypotheses and solutions from raw data which may sometimes be ambiguous or incomplete
- Strong numerical skills and ability to “run numbers”, analyze a variety of financial statements
- Thorough understanding of the financial services industry in Asia
- Project management and coordination abilities
- Fluent in English, and ability to read, write and speak Mandarin
The successful candidate will be responsible for these duties:
- Preparation of miscellaneous plans and analyses to expedite corporate objectives
- Execution of tasks on a variety of strategy, process and IT projects with diverse subject matter, e.g.
- Progress tracking, status reporting internal communication coordination with project members
- Conduct relevant research on special projects
