Asset Manager – Real Estate recruitment
The Organisation
This is an established Real Estate investment asset management firm that has been founded over 4 years ago by a group of Senior Directors from the Real Estate space that sport an impressive track record in acquisitions and property management.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing management of current assets and the acquisition of new commercial and residential additions to the portfolio. The geographical focus will be predominantly the UK Paris.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall management of Real Estate assets in the portfolio
- Executing transactions that have been originated by Managing Partners
- Overseeing refurbishment of both residential commercial property assets
- Liaising with tenants on a regular basis ensuring the portfolio’s assets are being up kept
- Managing relationships with investors and other counterparties
- Contributing to determining overarching investment strategy for Europe
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Asset Manager currently residing in an established fund or renowned platform with a sole focus on Real Estate investing and has the commercial mindset to see the potential in events in the market. If you feel you match the below criteria, please apply;
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate
- Experience in managing both commercial residential property assets
- Experience in refurbishment of assets, preferably office/retail
- Broad industry knowledge with extensive exposure to large scale transactions
- Fluency in a European language is highly desirable
